FlowerAura offers a unique payment method through the FlowerAura Wallet. This wallet consists of two types of credits: FA Cash and FA Rewards. FA Cash does not expire and can be used in conjunction with coupons. It can be redeemed up to 100% with no limits. On the other hand, FA Rewards have an expiry date and are earned by doing various activities. They cannot be clubbed with coupons and can be redeemed by 15% up to 75 INR. However, it's important to note that money cannot be added directly to the FA Wallet using any payment method. Instead, credits can be used to make payments at FlowerAura. During the checkout process, there is an option to 'Pay With FA Credits'. By checking this box, the credits can be used directly. The credits in the FA Wallet do have an expiry date as per the applicable offer terms. These credits cannot be transferred to another account or encashed. The FA Wallet cannot be deleted but users may choose not to use it.

• In case of Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.
• Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
• Any extra amount credited to FlowerAura's account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.

FlowerAura's Shipping Policy is as follows:

• For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 5 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.
• Regular delivery timings are between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc.
• Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.
• All courier items will be shipped using BlueDart or equivalent courier. As such, no specific delivery date or timing for such order can be specified. All orders will be delivered between 9 am - 7 pm and may take 3-9 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.
